rest.

For the past three days, my heart has been racing. Literally.

It could be as a result of the burdens I've been harbouring in my chest or repeatedly ignoring my hunger.

Anyways... it just could be that I have malaria.

But either way, I'm learning not to take the mundane things for granted—not the need to rest, eat, or sleep well; not to hesitate to laugh, dance, and be goofy when I feel like it. Because the little things do matter.

Though I may not be as strong as I want to be physically, I am choosing to make conscious efforts to savour the now and rest when my body needs it.

Because, in the end, health is wealth.
