one piece at a time.
I used to avoid reading bulky books — they just felt like too much. Even just looking at them made me think, “I can’t do this.” It wasn’t that I had to finish them in a day, but that’s how it felt. I was so focused on the whole thing that I forgot I could simply take it step by step.
I’m still not a huge fan of books, but choosing to read for just 15–20 minutes on weekdays has honestly changed my life. It’s not about achieving mountain-sized results in one day — it’s about making small, steady efforts that get you up the mountain.
That’s how life works too. When we fixate on the entire journey, it gets overwhelming. But when we take it one small step at a time, trusting God along the way, we’ll be surprised how far we’ve come.
Even God doesn’t reveal everything to us at once. He leads us gently, piece by piece — because He knows we’re not built to carry the whole picture in one day. And that’s more than okay.
