The Pain Process

Most times, people fail to share the pain process; the blood and sweat it took to get the victory.

I see numerous great people on social media and I marvel at how far they have come, thinking they must have had it easy.

Previously, I started to look deep into the lives of others, as they share not only successes but also pain processes. This made it less intimidating and relatable. Letting me know that great people had moments when they felt demotivated, even wanting to give up.

It's a gift to not solely focus on the surface levels of people, but rather 'Look Beyond What You See'. Regardless of your role models not sharing their pain, we ought not to think for once that they had it easy.

It takes resilience, discipline, encouragement, and power to not give up. So, let's treat ourselves and the people around us with grace and love.
